Default 7100V Trouble with Tmobile Apps - 10-10-2004, 07:00 AM

Downloaded the Tmobile apps for 7100T.Installed it on the desktop as normally.Desktop Manager and ran app loader.Get error message that says no system files on the handheld.it reads the handheld but sees no apps.Any ideas?

Delete vendor.xml from C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader and retry loading the apps to your Blackberry.

No IM message icon after loading.

you need the service book for this to be present. unfortunately, this SB comes from TMO, so without their service, you won't be receiving it.

You can send the service books from the Blackberry Web Client site....under Profile I think.......

Thinking more on this and seeing another post on a related topic - the IM App may have to come to you via an OTA push from the T-Mobile Customer Care people.......you may need to call them.....
