what is the latest os for bb 7100v ?
and i can have an today screen on my bb 7100v ?.. if i can i need to update my os .. or how ?

Your target download then has to be downloaded to your DM on your PC

Then you need to install through the Application Loader after you hook up your bb to PC with the USB Cord
