This probably sounds like a real noobie question, however.

I have a number of 7130 devices to which users would like to be able to flag the email as confidential, i.e. when it appears in Outlook etc, it's flagged as such

The problem i have is that nowhere on the device can i see the option to do this , nor does the manual state you can but just wanted to cover all bases hence this post

Does anyone know if this is possible?

Check BB Smart or Empower which are third party programs. These products may do what you are seeking.
