Hello, i am a new memeber and have been trying to get a browser on my device which is a 7100.Every time i get the response Your device has no browser configuration, contact your service provider to enable browser on your device.But my service provider say they are unable to operate the device.What can i do please, help me.My service provider can operate other devices but not the BB.

You must have the blackberry data plan to use the native blackberry applications, such as the browser and push email. See blackberryfaq.com.

Sounds like your carrier (provider) does not support blackberrys. Is that the case?

If you have generic cell phone data service, you may be able to use an aftermarket browser (opera mini). See the faq.
