hey people whenever i get a text message from anyone it wount show what they wrote or sent. it says to try again later. but never works.

is there something i need to adjust in the settings? this thing is way too confusing for me. i dont even own a laptop pc.

you might have a 3rd party application running on your phone, may i suggest a device wipe.

Depending on which device you a using, you may want to take a look at The Message Center Exchange Hosting they have a good generic support page for blackberry device wipes or "hard reset" also note that any data not on your exchange server or saved on your pc will be deleted and unrecoverable.
