Question Help! New to Blackberry - 08-01-2005, 10:03 AM

Please don't kick me off for being so "Blackberry illiterate" . I just got a 7100g, but I don't know how to get all my contacts, tasks and calendar from my Outlook program on my laptop to my bb. I've read, tried, all hints using the desktop manager but I must be missing something.

Please feel sorry for me and help! Any advise is so appreciated.

Thank you!!!

Tell us what your steps are, machine config/make/etc, how far you get, how the bb is hooked up, and anything else you can think of.

Default Sync - 08-01-2005, 12:18 PM

hello, well did you install the desktop manager software, there when you go to the options you can sync with outlook, it does it automaticly as far as i know. you do have to select the source when going in the option on desktop manager for this. there arent alot of options so you should be able too with trial and error.

I open up the desktop manager, go to the Intellisync, go to Configure PIM, and then it pops up "the specified Intellisync Configurations is invalid" I reloaded the software again but it still does the same thing.
