Talking SIM phone book 7100i - 06-15-2008, 08:07 AM

Can I copy all the entries in my phone book to my SIM card? I tried but could only do one entry at a time. I'm sending my unit in for repair and borrrowed a loaner for the down time. When I put my SIM card in, I dont have my address book. ANy help???

One at a time. Do a backup instead and restore to the new device. Or at least sync to Outlook.

This is done with the cord through the esktop correct? Sorry, i'm new with this and far from a computer geek!

Yes, you plug it in to do it, you open the BlackBerry software on the computer.

One easier way would be to just take it to your carrier and say Look! i want the contacts on my device transfered to my sim card... they have all the necessary equipment.
