On my 7100i I had some classic nextel ringers that I used. While getting BES installed and debuged I ended up wiping the phone (not before doing a backup) with desktop manager). I'm hoping I can restore the ringers only from the backup??? Is this possible and if so, how can I do it?

Received a reply over at Pinstack from apmartin which worked as advertised. I now have my classic nextel ringers back in action.

This guide should help you recover your rigntone:

Ringtones are backed up in the content store database. This includes .Mp3 and .Mid ringtones.
Complete the following steps to restore a ringtone:
Connect the BlackBerry device to a computer.
Open BlackBerry Desktop Manager.
Double-click Backup and Restore.
To restore specific BlackBerry device data from a backup file, click Advanced. On the File menu, click Open. Double-click a backup (.ipd) file. In the Desktop File Databases section, click a database. Click the Right Arrow icon.
Additionally, images are also backed up in the content store database
