Hi
I have Blackberry 7100v using in India, with OS 4.0.0.198, i would like to upgrade my OS with latest version. How to proceed ahead.

Iam not getting the correct link to upgrade 4.0. Is it possible to upgrade if my service provider is not connected with BB.
