Default qwerty vs non qwerty - 07-18-2008, 12:16 PM

Has anyone switched from a full qwerty keyboard to a phone without a full keyboard? I'm thinking of getting a 7100 because my 8700 broke, but I'm not sure I will be able to type!

I have both currently, and I can type faster on the SureType than qwerty.

Give Suretype a week and you will love it. You just need to get use to it. It's great to have a small phone !

i have a 7520 & 7100i and prefer the true qwert of the 7520.
a good trick i showed my users who i have on 7100i's is to not look at the screen until you are about ready to send the email. otherwise you will go batsheet crazy with all the words it is thinking you are wanting to type.
