I have my alerts set to vibrate and tone while holstered and tone if not holstered. Neither works when I received an email. All other functions seem to work properly. I have tried the battery pull, but it didn't help. Any other suggestions?

I haven't downloaded anything and I did a device wipe...twice. The problem is that without an alert, I am checking my phone all of the time like a fiend.
