Default 7100T with French provider SFR - 09-02-2005, 06:08 PM

Hi there,
I have an activation problem with a 7100T coming from Germany. I have 5 7100T unlocked, they are working fine with Orange (I am located in France). One 7100T is not working with SFR (Vodafone). Each time I reset the device and restart it, I have the "Enterprise Activation" option available for a few seconds then the device connects itself to the SFR site for registration. I forgot to tell you that I am using BES and the enterprise option is activated not the Internet one.
What is strange is that when I put a SIM card from Orange the device shows me automatically the "Enterprise Activation" option and I can register but it doesn't work with the SIM card coming from SFR.
Any help ?

Tough question:

I'm currently using my 7100t from T-mobile usa in Germany without any problems. If 5 are working fine with Orange, i'd try to use the one that isnt working with vodafone with Orange, perhaps it is only a vodafone problem. Does Vodafone France have the 7100 series in their selection of phones, perhaps it lies on that, not really sure where to send you, perhaps try calling vodafone customer service there in France, but if your french is like mine, you are SOL.

Best of luck
