Hello. I am trying to help my sister-in-law with her Blackberry. The phone was getting a 507 "no OS" error and now it is throwing a device error 322.

I installed the software from AT&T:

430_b025_multilanguage_nomediamanager

and

7100E_PBrER4.1.0_rel556_PL1.8.0.154_A4.1.0.377_AWS

but when I run the "application loader" it says "The BlackBerry DesktopSoftware does not have BlackBerry Device Software for the device that you have connected to the computer".

I did a search for vendor.xml and this file doesn't exist.

I'm using this software on a Vista machine, there is no Outlook profile or anything since it's my computer.

Oh, also I tried a "wipe" with JL_Cmder v1.9 - it showed that it was successful but the phone is still busted.
