i can not download it from blackberry.com its not avaible , any idea where i can download it another place . i need to reinstall os my bb dead i receive a mesage abort instruction... please help

Download what? Are you trying to reload the OS?

See the sticky at the top of the 7100 section. Download the OS to your PC and follow the instructions in the sticky to install it. You install using Desktop Manager.
