I am the owner of a blackberry 7100i series. Until last week, the phone had been working perfectly. Now every time I receive/make a phone call, the phone shuts off within 30 seconds. If anyone else has experienced this or has any advice, help would be GREATLY appreciated!!! Thanks!

Does the battery take a full charge? Does it drain quickly?

The battery lasts 2-3 days when fully charged and taking out the battery was the first thing I tried...
