Ok so i just bought this used 7100i on the menu i don't see any browser, email, bluetooth anything like that i just has some other apps and an icon that says enterprice activation so i'm guessing my buddy used this for his work well here comes the question is there any way to convert it to a regular 7100i because i've seen a couple that have the browser and email stuff and mine does not even show up in the menu...

Welcome.

It may have an IT policy on it. If so here's how to remove it:
Remove IT Policy - BlackBerryFAQ

Also, do you have a BlackBerry data plan? Without it you will not get the Browser, email, etc.
What do I need a Data Plan for? - BlackBerryFAQ

Unlimited data is not always BlackBerry data

First go into Options > Security Options > General Settings and scroll to the bottom. Do you have an IT policy on the device? If not, there's no need to worry about that file.

That should be a blank policy unless the IT admin made changes to it. Most admins that I know do not change the default policy but create a new policy and leave the default one alone.

I would contact your carrier and verify you have a BlackBerry data plan and then report back if you're having the same issues.

The Nextel SERO Plan does not include BlackBerry data AFAIK. Check the link in my initial reply.
