Question How to do a soft reset on the 7130e - 08-19-2009, 05:29 PM

Is there a button combination that you can do to do a soft reset on the 7130s? I'm sick of having to take the batteries out for all my employees here at work, especially when they come to me and tell me they cant do it and when I open it up in front of them, they ask me what all the sticky stuff is on the inside of the battery area. I just look at them and ask them the same question. Anyway, if someone knows a key combination to do the soft reset let me knoa cause ive tried everything that I know and I cant figure it out.

Thanks,

Kyle

Alt + Shift + Delete ?

but quite honestly, the battery pull is better and recommended. I wouldn't answer them about the sticky stuff. I don't even know what you're talking about.
