Default 1 Envelope Icon - 08-25-2009, 12:21 PM

I have a BB Tour.

I have 1 envelope icon displaying in my master or unified mail area but I cannot find where this msg is. I have a gmail account and 3 hotmail accounts and they show no messages in their inboxes.

When I View Folder I see a ton of inboxes, etc. - is there a quick way to see where a msg is? I'd hate to think I have to manually go into every folder to look - especially when the software makes you press in every step to do that for every folder!

Try a battery pull and see if it goes away.

If not, then start looking. Could be in a saved folder someplace.

Battery pull should fix it.

If not, look here: How do I reset my message counter to clear, or zero? - BlackBerryFAQ

The battery pull worked - but it would still be nice if we had a fast way to find a msg (assuming it existed) in all those inboxes when going into the Unified Messages area.

Pressing the U key will normally take you to the next unread message. But since that was a phantom notification, that wouldn't work.
