i want to install program VIB-AND-RING. when i want to install applications from deskop manager to phone . why everytime it got ....A fatal error has occurred while updating your device's software. Please try again.

what happen....... plsss help me ....thxxx not i'm use 7100g firmware 4.00.225

Is the app compatible with your device and the OS? My guess is it is not.

now i must to update the OS. right ? ..
if i must to update OS. where i will looking for my phone --- 7100 g ....

Check the yellow sticky at the top of this section. You might have the latest. The 7100 has been out for a long time and I think RIM has stopped supporting it.

If the app is not compatible with the 7100, an OS upgrade won't fix it.
