I am getting the msg on my 7100v Your device does not currently have any browser configutation service book entries
please contact your service provider to enable the browser on your device

well I have phoned my service provider and they cant really help with this is there anyone who can please

You need a BlackBerry data plan.

Once you have a legit BlackBerry data plan on your account you can log into your BIS page at Vodafone and re-send your service books. The browser icon should automatically pop up on your screen.
