Have you done a battery pull?

Have you resent service books?

What did you do when you connected to DM?

I also had gotten the latest handheld software from bb website

Do you have a BlackBerry Data Plan? The 'My Number' field issue has to be resolved by Sprint.

the my number part was resolved by putting in the correct sim card (egg on my face).
I am now at the 507 error part .... pulled the battery and did a wipe. dm cant connect to it. it says :this device does not have sufficient storage space to accomidate your selections please select fewer optional applications"
I thought the wipe erased the blackberry.
also to clarify ... I have two BBs ... the one I am useing is fine but beat up.
the other is in good shape but I am at the 507 screen.
now one thing that is giving me a headache is when I do the steps I am being told to do ... do I use the sim card of the phone that works .... or should I use a different sim card ...

P.S. how long should the wipe take ... mine took about one second ... that doesnt sound right
