when its on the hour glass keep spinning and that is all it do i try a hard reset and nothing happen if i let it it will spin for ever

Look at blackberryfaq.com and find the two articles on how to wipe blackberry with JL-CMDER. If you need to, also see the article on reinstalling the operating system.

Long story short, you need to try wiping the blackberry and then re-install the OS. Hopefully that will fix things.

And you'll not get anywhere unless you try something. Did you try to use JL_CMDER to connect and wipe the device?

You said you did a hard reset and that didn't fix it. If you've pulled the battery, then I don't know what else to do but wipe it.
