i upgraded my software to the new 4.02 and after it was done and restarted the phone it just loads for hours and never actually completes. all i see is the hour glass flippin around. since the phone isnt completed loaded up i cant reconnect to the desktop manager to try and redo it. if there is a way to reset it i have my phone all backed up so i have no prob doin that, unless there is an easier/better way to fix it. thanks

I think it would be worth taking the battery out and doing a reset that way. If you search the forum you'll find lots of info on doing a reset.
