hello to everybody, i just got a new bb 7100v and i want to ask you this: when you got an e_mail or an sms the flashing led change from green to red....after some time, without opening the mail or the sms it turns into green again...how can it be possible?

Don't know but this is how every blackberry I have has behaved. My old 957, the led would stop after some time.

The green light is the signal indicator. I turned mine off as I found it rather annoying. Go into Options/Screen-Keyboard and turn off the 'LED Coverage Indicator'.

The red light is a new message indicator and will stop flashing after a while (not sure how long, though).
