I am an new user and new to the forum. So please excuse my first post...

I installed BBweather on my BB7100i and it worked great the first day. I create 4 profiles and everything was fine until the next day. When pressing a shortcut, it continued to bring up an old forecast. When I update, it does nothing... Any help would be appreciated....

Are you updating using the trackwheel? Are you on BES? Are other third party apps working like Google Local? gotta give us some more info.

I am not on BES and I do have Google Local and it works great. I am using the trackwheel to update. Is there another way? I can't find any shortcuts. It work great the first day.. Any thoughts?

I have a bunch of customers that have that app on their bbs. I had this one guy who had it and it worked great then ran into the same problem and was not updating. I removed it and reinstalled it 4 times. That didn't work.
2 days later the app started working again on its own. Might have been due to an outage. That app is a testy one.

i still can't get my BBweather to work, but BBtoday and google local both work like a charm....

I have posted this before when I ran into issues with BBweather also, I deleted it from the hadheld, went to the desktop with the BB connected, Launched application loader, found and removed from the list altogether the bbweather, not just uncheced it but removed it. Finished and let the handheld reboot itself. DIsconnected the BB form PC. Rebooted the PC, connected the BB again and again launched desktop manager, started apploader again, and re aded the bbweather, finished let the BB reboot, and there it was working as good as ever.
