I have a used hs850 motorola and I cannot get it to sync with my 7130e.

I did not get the instructions but I have tried to hold the button in while adding device on the phone. No go so far. Any ideas???

I did not have a problem syncing mine, but can't remember the process. I didn't have instruction books, so I went to the Motorola website and followed their instructions, as well as the 7130e's, until I got it right. You might want to take a look at the Motorola site.
