I just got this Motorola H700 Bluetooth Headset for my 7100t and after pairing I was able to use it about three times, but most of the time it doesn't work. The Blutooth is enabled and the LED is flashing Blue indicating it sees the headset, but when I dial I can't hear the tones. I have heard them a couple of times in the headset. I upgraded the Desktop and Handset software today and it doesn't work at all now except that it paired and shows connection with the phone and headset. The paired device is Trusted: Yes and Discoverable: Yes

Any tricks to get this to work?

Delete the BT on the BB and try to pair it again
