I'm trying to set up my 7130c as a modem for my laptop and I when I try to run the query step I get the following message. "The port that the modem is attached could not be opened. This may be the result of a hardware conflict. Check the device manager to verify that all devices are functional." So I go to my device manager and it says that the Blackberry is functioning on COM16(exactly what the Standard Modem says it should be running on) so I don't know what is going on that it's not working. Any one have suggestions or have the same problem?
