Default IT policy error - 08-17-2007, 05:33 PM

Hi I just buy a unlock BB 7105t i'm in Costa Rica. The browser i installed on my BB was operamini version 3.1.

When i try to lunch the browser i get this error:
"The application operrette$2dhifi_dl has attempted to open an internal connection which is not allowed by yout IT policy."

Can someone help please.

If you can't get the previous employer to send a BLANK IT Policy then
follow the instructions below:

Remove IT Policy - BlackBerryFAQ

Thanks for the help.

Now i getting this error:
"The application operrette$2dhifi_dl has attempted to open a connection to the location inside and outsite the firewall which is not allowed by your IT policy"

I try to disable the firewall but i don't have the option for disable it.
