Red face Viewing attachments on 7100g - 06-03-2005, 11:50 AM

Can anyone suggest some software to allow me to view attachments on my 7100g? I have downloaded the regwireless software but that does not seem to be very good. I use web client for now but may switch to BES soon. Mainly trouble viewing TIF files. I am using v.4 btw.

Thanks in advance for any assistance.

what attachments are you looking for?
The 7100g through Cingular will download pictures, documents, spreadsheets and pdf files already.

Not true at all. Attachments can be veiwed prior to 4.0. Only thing 4.0 added was image attachments but Doc, xls, ppt, txt, pdf and a few others have been available since 3.5 days.

You may have to run application loader and install attachment viewer. It is an option that may not have gotten installed on your device.

How do I tell if I have the attachment viewer installed? I don't see it in the applications menu.

Is this a BES-only feature? Do I need to ask my BES provider to send me the service book?
