Exclamation HELP ME!My BB7290 can't be wiped - 02-10-2008, 12:20 AM

My BB 7290 encountered the device error 365.
It can't be find in the PC,when i banged it ,there is a black line in BB's Screen.
it said device error 365 too .Then i connected the BB to the PC. In the desktop manager,it said device PIN FFFFFFFF found,but the status of desktop manager was disconnted too. When i wiped the BB, it showed me this message:
C:\Program Files\JL_Cmder>javaloader -usb wipe
RIM Wireless Handheld Java Loader

Connecting to device...debug: COM error during Open: (0x80040001)
Error: unable to open port
Who can tell me how to fix this problem,Thanks.

Pin FFFFFFFF indicates a hardware fault. I do not believe you can fix it.

I have never heard of anyone recovering from the FFFFFFFF PIN

Hardware has gone bad

I had the same thing along with a error that said type S,T,A,R,T, to reset.

That did nothing.

I also got the FFFFFF thing.

Its totally dead now.
