Default Blackberry on att question - 03-26-2008, 04:43 PM

I am new to this bb stuff and am getting a factory refibershed 7290 from overstock.com and currently have a nokia n75 and the media max 200 plan i know i should change to the bb personal plan for 30 but can i still use my n75( backup) on the bb personal plan?

you can use it as phone and sms. but you would have to change plan to use data. (officially) it may work with out any change on BB data but no guarantee.

Well, the BB plan works with the iPhone, i just got my hands on one and dropped my SIM into the iPhone, and used it for a few days.

I can't see why it wouldn't work, but its not guaranteed to.

one thing i know is the media max 200 package doesn't work with the 7280, I was not able to send any text messages out. But on my Blackberry Pearl i was able to use the media max package.
