Default abort exception?? - 03-27-2008, 01:50 AM

I have had my blackberry for 1 month and today it started turning off in the middle of conversations. I pulled the battery and when the power came back it said abort exceptions in black and white. I tried to download JL comander but the link isn't working anymore. What else can I do. Now it won't even turn all the way on. It will have the hour glass for awhile but then it stops and the red light just flashes.

Two steps that will not hurt to reset the error in the firmware:
Step 1: - wipe the handheld
Step 2: - through the application loader flash the latest firmware for the device.

If you require the steps for completing this fix, please confirm the Verison of software in the device and do not hesitate to ask.
