Default Sprint 7250 Replacement - 03-28-2008, 03:10 PM

I have an old 7250 from Sprint. I took it in to get repaired and they said they had to replace it. Are they going to replace it with another 7250 or a different model. I didn't know b/c it's an older model.

You'd have to ask Sprint.

From my experience, they'll probably provide you with a refurbished 7250, if at all available, especially if this is being covered by some sort of extended warranty or service agreement. . . asssuming that you brought it to sprint. . .

Sprint just replaced my Treo 650 with the Smartphone of my choice. I'm trying to decided between the 8830 and the Treo 755p or waiting until the Curve surfaces in a few weeks.

You're best bet is to call Sprint and ask to be connected with their Account Services (or Retention) Department, they have a far greater latitude then your average CS rep.
