Question 7290 Email Question - 03-31-2008, 09:46 AM

Sometimes my BB email is weeks behind and I have to scroll to get back to the current day. Is there a button I can push that will automatically take me to the latest email?

Thanks.

I believe these shortcuts will work on the 7290, try them.

U - Next unread email
P - Previous Day
N - Next day
space bar pages down one page at a time.

Welcome to the Forums...

Use shortcuts . . . in Messages hit T to go to top of list, B for Bottom and U for oldest unread message

Wirelessly posted (Verizon 8830)

Are you using the latest software for that device?
I remember having that problem when I had that device and my recollection tells me I had to update the software.

One other comment: You may also want to try to a backup first then wipe out the calendar of your handheld and resynch the calendar from outlook.

AND, welcome to the BBF.
I just purchased a blackberry 7290 T-mobile- refurbished. I signed up for rogers voice and data plan but can't get the BB to work.
I went on the Rogers BIS service to enter the PIN # and it says the account is in use.
This is a GSM unlocked phone.

Any ideas?

Pls help

( I am in Toronto)
