bb7230 ,, minuet browser can not be loaded by application loader -

i haev bb7230. today i failed load a third party minuet browser in bb7230..
i done everryusing desktop manager but error messge is
" no additional application , configured for this device found""
i guess may be i have os below 4.1 thats is why app loader in desktop manager not working..
any help please..
