I had a 7520 blackberry that worked great until the trackwheel button stopped working. So I got a new (used) 7520 and restored my latest backup, then re-activated on the BES server. All is great and working great except that I can not get it to give me the option to delete on handheld and mailbox. When I go into the mail options I have it set for "prompt" but it doesn't ever give me a prompt. Only the confirm box. When I delete a message it only deletes from the device and not from the mailbox. What else can I try??
