i just got this blackberry 7230 from someone.i have been trying to get applications on the home screen but i havent bin able.so i just use short cut keys like M for messages,P for proifle etc.i have been trying to get to seetings but theres no shortcut key for that.please can any1 help out with a way i can reset the fone?tried resetting it with the button at the back but it still dint work.i just want to reset the fone-wipe out the whole ******** memory so i can get all the applications working properly and me having access to them.thanx...please any1 help out!

have you tried installing 3rd Party Apps online without OTA?
Try going to the help icon on your home screen or simply donwload 3rd party apps from online (OTA) but you must have a data plan to do that.
