We have an old 7290 that is behaving differently from our other 7290s when the 'c' hotkey is pressed from the message list. It's supposed to be "compose new email," and as with every other handheld we have, should go straight to an email with the cursor in the "to" field.

On this one, however, it goes instead to a list of contacts and addresses to pick from. If it's a new email address, you have to go into "use once," type it out, etc. It's just more steps.

Any ideas how to return this behavior back to the usual way? This is on newly updated software, too. 4.1.0.377
