Default latest 7290 hand held download - 06-28-2008, 04:46 AM

i am trying to delete an IT policy. to do this i believe i need to wipe the handheld and reload the handheld software. The wipe option under security is not present.
where can i get the latest handheld software for the 7290

You don't need to wipe and reinstall the OS.
Just follow these steps:
Remove IT Policy - BlackBerryFAQ

thanks, i have done this. the IT policy is gone, the unit is network unlocked and yet it is still unable to find the optus network. i am running out of ideas, the manual scan does not find anything, help

i had considered it was broken however, when i go to options then the network menu then network selection mode, i do not get my preferred network list as a selection option. i am comparing this with my other 7290 and same sim card. I am not sure at this stage whether it is broken or confused.

U can use software "JL_Commander" to do it as well
