Default Copy/Sync files to BB7290 - 07-14-2008, 11:51 AM

I have a user that has a BB7290. He wants to "sync" certain files from his PC to his BB. Can this be done?? It seems like it should be pretty simple, but as of yet, I haven't been able to figure it out. We were able to get his email to sync fine.

He is using the Desktop Management software, but I'm not sure what version yet.

Any help will be appreciated.

Is there any way to copy your files to it?

First, the 7290 has very very limited device memory space. Anything much will crowd the memory. You email some ringtones and images is all, I believe to the device and save there.

The user could use BeamBerry to access doc, xls and pdf files, but not on the device, since it does not have a Media Card.

Welcome... the bottom line is the 7290 is not a multimedia device. It is more a good email machine.
