Dear all,

I have a blackberry 7290 phone that gives many problems while starting or when it is already started. Example errors are: device error377, TCU exception, prefetch exception etc.

I am not sure what to do in this case. :(

And I dont know head or tail of blackberry software but can do something if I can have some clear instructions.

Kindly help me out with this problem!

Hmmm.
My suggestion is to go to carrier website and reinstall the Operating System.
I don't think pulling the battery and reseting your device will solve the problem.
