Hi everyone, I have been searching google for the perfect BB message board and I think this is it!

I have a blackberry 7290 and a palm Tx I am trying to set the dialer on my palm to bluetooth dial for my blackberry. On the palm directions (can not yet post link) it says I must first set up a phone connection, looking at my BB user guide I dont find out if I am doing this or not, nothing listed under "phone connection".

So I tried it on my palm and got this message
Unable to connect to phone Please check your settings and make sure the phone is ready.

At this point I am lost not sure what to do or where to go... any suggestions?

You need a BB-driver for your Palm T|X. IMHO, it is not worth it since Palm probably does not have a phone driver for any BB out there. What you could do is just import your contacts from the Palm Desktop to the BB and dial from there.

I imported my contacts from my T|X to my 8330 and it worked flawlessly, eliminating 95% of my need for the T|X. I gave the T|X to one of my kids.

Thanks, I am such a "kid " myself that I wanted it to "play" with but just found out it was not compatible!
