hello, i had a low battery and my blackberry shut off but when i plugged it in to the charger it just froze on an image of a low battery with a line through it. i have two batteries so i know it cant be a battery issue but does anyone know what the bproblem could be? thx

Are you charging it thru your computer or using the travel charger? We noticed at work that if you let the blackberry get to the point of where it shut's off and if you use the computer to charge it won't charge the blackberry for some reason. But if you use the travel charger it will charge back up just fine.
