gtalk service book problems -

Hey all
I have a 7230, platform 1.6.1.53 and app version 4.0.2.56 and am on a data plan with Fido. I have a problem!
1)Everytime I try to login into Gtalk it tells me it doesnt have the required service books and asks me to go to blackberry googletalk download site. When I do go and click download I get an error saying "Invalid manifest or application descriptor"
What should I do to solve this??? I browsed alot and i guess am missing some .jad files..i dont know where to get them from though..
