Can the password section be disabled?
If not, How do you increase the time limit before it times out,
right now its 2 mins... Thanks for the help.

If it's set by an IT Policy you cannot mess with it. If there is an old IT Policy from a previous user or previous association with BES you will have to remove that IT Policy before you can make the changes.

On my Bold I can go to Options > Password you have the option to turn off self-locking or delay it for up to an hour of non-use. I don't recall how it's laid out in older OS's, but it's definitely there somewhere.
