My phone will just shut off from time to time. This last time it powered off, it took a while to power my phone back up. After powering up, I noticed that my email boxes were gone and there was a black box under my battery at the top of the screen. I cannot check emails or texts. How can I get my email icons back on my screen?? This is the second time it's happened and I'm not sure how I fixed it the first time. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
