Default help with boost mobile please??????????? - 05-14-2009, 02:27 AM

hi. i have a bb 7250. i bought this bb on ebay. and i bought the starert kit boost mobile. and then i activated my sim with the i455 and then i put the sim card in the bb and when i try to make a call it says "call failed". Anyone know what i can do? thank you

Even though Boost doesn't have BB Plans, it shouldn't affect your calling. Unless there's a compatibility issue. I wonder how your phone would do with one of the more standard carriers.

You can't use a 7250 with Boost Mobile as that is a CDMA device, not iDEN. The two systems are not compatible.

Unless you have the 7520. Double check which device you have.

He said he insert his SIM card, that leads me to believe it is a 7520. The 7250 does not have a place to insert the SIM card.

oh sorry, yes my bb is 7520. do i have to install a program to make it work with boost mobile. i already removed the IT policy.
