I have a bb 7250. It is not connected to email or web and just used for calendar & contacts. I received a new Dell and loaded the software to sync with outlook. Everything works fine except for dates older that 7-29-09. The bb has the correct info but only transfers some of the info to my laptop. For instance on 7-1-09 several all day appointments were transferred, but the ones with assigned times, say from 8-10am are not being transfered to outlook.
Any help is appreciated.

What system is running in your computer? Which Outlook version? Which Desktop Manager Version?
