Default 7230 Removing T-Mobile screen saver - 08-22-2009, 03:05 PM

I've been using a 7290 for a couple of years up until I cracked the screen. So I picked up an unlocked refurbed 7230 to use until I can get a replacement screen for my 7290.

Anyway here is my question. Can I remove the "T-Mobile" logo that pops up on the screen when I lock the keyboard? My old phone used to have the Blackberry logo pop up.

It's a small thing, but it annoys me.

Thanks.

No, that stuff is hard coded into the device itself. Removing the carrier branding, like the startup splash screen, is just not do-able.

Ok thanks, I had a feeling that might be the case. Like I said it's really not that big a deal, just annoying.
